General terms and conditions

PRICES:
The prices quoted are for half board per person per night and are valid for stays of minimum 3 nights.
REDUCTIONS:
For accommodation with breakfast there is a reduction of Euro 10.00 on the HB price.
EXTRA BED:
For an extra bed in the comfort or superior room you will get a reduction of 10%.
SUPPLEMENTS:
For single occupancy in comfort or superior room a 75% supplement applies.
RESERVED FOR CHILDREN:
Games room with table tennis, billiards, DVD shows with animated cartoons every evening.
REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN SHARING THE PARENTS’ ROOM:
  • children under 2 years of age = free (except for the periods around New Year and the mid-August holiday)
  • children aged 2 to 6 years = - 50%
  • children aged 6 to 12 years = - 30%
  • children over 12 years of age = - 10%
BOOKING CONFERMATION:
All bookings must be made in writing and accompanied by a deposit.
PETS:
For hygiene reasons pets are not allowed.

Travel insurance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by European Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
